"Blue Sky Ranch Lavender Lemonade"

serves 6


10 cups water
4 Cups sugar
1 Cup lavender flowers
4 Cups fresh squeezed lemon juice (pink, Meyer or Eureka)

Bring water and sugar to boil over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Add lavender blooms. Cover. Remove from heat. Steep 1 hour. Can be chilled in jar. Pour 1 cup lemon juice and 1/4 syrup into pitcher. Fill to top with water and ice.
