Window Breaker

3 oz. Absolut Citron
½ oz. peach Scnapps
splash sweet and sour mix
splash cranberry juice
twist lemon
Shake first four ingredients with ice. Strain. Garnish with lemon twist.

Orange Sunset

3 oz. Grey Goose Vodka Orange
splash pineapple juice
splash orange juice
splash grenadine
twist orange
Shake first four ingredients with ice. Strain. Garnish with orange twist.

Granny Smith


3 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
1 oz. Calvados
pinch cinnamon
1 slice granny smith apple
Shake first three ingredients with ice. Strain. Garnish with granny apple slice.

Ruby Sapphire


3 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
½ oz. cranberry juice
twist lemon
1 caper berry
Shake first three ingredients with ice. Strain. Garnish with lemon twist and caper berry.

Stoli Bikini


3 oz. Stolichnaya Vodka
1 oz. Chambord
3 raspberries
1 rose petal
Shake first two ingredients with ice. Strain. Garnish with raspberries and rose petal.

The Platinum


3 oz. Chopin Vodka
½ oz. Vermouth
1 lemon stuffed olive
sprig silver thyme
Shake first two ingredients with ice. Strain. Garnish with lemon stuffed olive and silver thyme.

Blue Moon


2 oz. Ketel One Vodka
1 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
½ oz. Blue Curacao
1 orange spiral
Shake first three ingredients with ice. Strain. Garnish with orange spiral.

Club Paradise


3 oz. Belvedere Vodka
1 oz. Campari
splash club soda
twist lemon
Shake first three ingredients with ice. Strain. Garnish with lemon twist.

Green Flash


2 oz. Absolut Citron
1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Midori
1 lime wheel

Shake first three ingredients with ice. Strain. Garnish with lime wheel.
