"After Dinner Drinks"

Inferno


1 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. grappa
4 oz. cappuccino
1 Tbsp. whipped cream
1 tsp. chocolate shavings
1 almond biscotti
Combine first three ingredients. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Garnish with biscotti.

Grunion Run


1 ½ oz. brandy
1 ½ oz. Kahlua
¾ cup vanilla ice cream
½ oz. heavy cream
1 chocolate stick
Blend first four ingredients until smooth. Serve in tall glass. Garnish with chocolate stick.

Midnight Cruise


1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
1 oz. White Chocolate Godiva Liqueur
2 oz. espresso
1 Tbsp. whipped cream
1 tsp. candied almonds
Combine first three ingredients. Top with whipped cream and candied almonds.


"Fire and Ice" Affogata


½ cup vanilla bean ice cream
1 oz. espresso
1 oz. Lemoncello
1 almond biscotti
2 chocolate truffles
Place ice cream in tall martini glass. Top with espresso and ½ oz. Lemoncello. Place martini glass on serving plate. Garnish with biscotti, truffles and ½ oz. Lemoncello.
