"Tropical Yogurt Frappé"
Strawberries, Mango, Kiwi

serves 4

Tropical Yogurt Frappé

2 medium mangoes, very ripe, peeled, pitted, diced

2 kiwis, peeled, diced

1/2 cup diced, stemmed, hulled, quartered strawberries

1 cup plain whole milk yogurt

1/2 cup club soda

6 ice cubes

1 lemon, zested and juiced

1/2 tsp. freshly grated ginger

Place mangoes, kiwi and strawberries in stainless steel mixing bowl. Place in freezer 30 minutes. Remove from freezer and combine with remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and frothy.

Presentation

4 spears lemongrass

4 strawberries

4 sprigs mint

Skewer each strawberry with lemongrass spear. Divide frappe among four tall chilled glasses. Garnish with lemongrass~strawberry skewer and mint sprig.
