Agrimontana is jam heaven. They make this delicious preserve from just two ingredients: fresh cherries and pure cane sugar. You can taste the fruit. What's missing? preservatives, additives, citric acid, pectin, etc. We visited Agrimontana in northern Italy a couple of years ago and saw a giant refrigerator full of fresh cherries (and other fruits, of course.) We were so impressed with the quality of the preserves and Agrimontana's attention to detail, we decided to import the preserves and honey into the USA ourselves. We don't have any other brand in the store and that about says it all.
